Transport Data Systems' objective is to design, install, train and support transportation management software which specifically meets the needs of the customer.
Our job is to accurately analyze and determine the most effective software system solutions for your business. To do this, we must learn as much about your company as we can. We listen to your needs, perform on-site or modem demonstrations of the software, verify that your needs will be met to your specifications, outline any custom programming requests you may have and act as the liaison between your company and the programmers.
Transport Data Systems is also responsible for the installation, training and support of your software system. For the best success rates, we prefer to provide the customer with on-site installation and initial training. Several on-site visits will be required and will depend upon the number of modules purchased and the staff members to trained.
We will act as your project manager for any and all program requests. This allows our company to know your system intimately, which in turn enables the projects to be written, submitted and programmed more quickly, should that be required.
